I don't know any potatoes that can last as long as a year without getting mold. I found fries under my car seats that had been there for almost a year and still looks the same. No mold or changed color or shape.
I'm a fan of anything covered in garlic. I can't help myself.
I am too. If I liked other things at McDonald's, I'd get them, but I'm not a fan of the restaurant in general. It reminds me of the fries at Smashburger. Those are the best I ever had. They are made with olive oil and garlic. Yum!

OMG, yes! That's what my husband said when I told him about these fries: "Looks like they're taking a page out of Smashburger's book." I have to stay far, far away from SM, which is difficult, because there's one just down the street from my house.
How are they going to apply the garlic? Are the fries dipped or sprayed before being fried?
