We are doing WF burgers and crinkle FFs. We'll also have chips and dip-just the two of us. We have prime fireworks viewing from our balcony so when it gets dark we'll sit out there with some adult beverages..

It's just the two of us, and we were fogged in today so all cooking took place indoors. I kept it fairly simple:

Broiled Alaskan salmon with a soy, brown sugar and mustard glaze
Spicy roast red potato wedges
Steamed corn on the cob with basil butter
Warm mixed berry pie ala mode
Watermelon
Pinot Noir

To tell you the truth I would have been just as happy with hot dogs and beans, but Mr. Bay asked for salmon.

For some of us it's just another work day. Since I work overnight my main meal was a nice mushroom omlet when I got up.

We grilled burgers and hot dogs, had a few side dishes, and a few different kinds of chips. Also, a refrigerator full of drinks.

I hope everyone had a nice 4th!
