I have to admit to sneaking ramen noodles into my groceries during the summer. I just crave them because I crave the salt. Well, I could be snacking on worse things I guess...
Boulder Malt Vinegar and Sea Salt or Barbecue flavored potato chips
Edy's Coffee Ice Cream
Tostito's Hint of Lime Tortilla Chips
Fritos Chili Cheese Corn Chips
I'm addicted to these to the extent that I can't have them in the house, I can go through a bag of chips in a few days if I don't contain myself!
Chex mix. I can get a big bag for a buck at the commissary. (they went down in price) So many flavors, including chocolate, which is my next addiction.
1) Kettle style potato chips (Wise, Shearers or Cape Cod brand seem the best)
2) Popcorn (range top whirlypop made with Coconut oil and little grapeseed oil)
3) Schogetten 70 percent dark chocolate squares (Aldi)
4) Dark Chocolate sea salt caramels (Aldi)
5) When I sometimes find them at Ollie's I will get those little thin Ghirardeli chocolate squares to indulge in
The trick I've found for restraint is to but the things like chocolate in small mini sizes which makes the portion control a lot easier.
Yep. I only buy chips one single serving bag at a time, and I don't keep them around, so it has to be really worth it to me to make a trip to go get a tiny bag.

When I buy chips it is usually a large bag, but I only buy them when I have a reason, like company coming and I use them for snacks or something. We are pretty good about staying out of them: as I have mentioned it is the corn chips that are the hardest for me, especially when they are sitting on the eye level shelf in the pantry.
