Coffee is good, though some place's coffee taste just like gorilla pizz too lol. I'm glad at work I can get some coffee for free. I like a little coffee with my whipped cream!

A couple of cups of black coffee in the morning and another in the late afternoon. I often have iced tea with sweetener in between.

No sugar, please. I experience it as addictive and so I save my sugar splurges for something special like dessert.

The feeling of having too much caffeine in my system is so unpleasant to me that I can't understand how people can seek out any more than I use.

Wonder why?

As for me, I don't really need energy drinks. Having said that, I do like a few diet Dr. Peppers for the caffeine buzz to help somewhat in removing the depressing funk since my wife died. But not for energy for doing chores which are done prior to imbibing. Crazy, eh.

I do 5 hour energy.

I don't drink coffee, so I take a caffeine tablet with my vitamins in the morning. For early morning runs or intense workouts, I add a 5 hour energy on top of that.
