Well, that argument doesn't work. The meat comes from New Zealand. Go figure. That obviously isn't the reason it's only being offered in states that have a high hunting population. That's more likely due to, like someone else said, those states have people more likely to be used to eating venison.
I was wondering where they were going to be able to source that meat. I cannot think of any commercial deer herds in the country.
If New Zealand venison is as good as New Zealand lamb, i would have no problems purchasing it.
I live in one of the states offering it, but don't think it's anything I'd want to try. I do like the idea of using locally sourced meats though.
At first glance I was like naw. All I need is that 2 beef n cheddar classic. Slap some arby sauce and horse radish on both of dem. Get large fries with a large milkshake, then I'm whipping my head back and forth.
Then I started to think about it, this venison steak sandwich might taste good if whoever is cooking it doesn't F it up lol.
I've never had vension but I'm curious. Unsurprisingly they're not offering this in CA. I can't understand why there are so few Arby's here. There's like one in all of Central LA. I really love their roast beef and cheddar, hardly eat any other fast food.
