I may be talking out my behind, but aren't goat or sheep milk cheeses lower in fat?

I can't get enough of feta, either. A little goes a long way.

Cabot makes a decent reduced-fat sharp cheddar.

Sorry I'm rambling. The thought of cheese is making me drool.

I agree with Mooseketeer, it is about moderation. I love cheese, but cut down about 10-40% to reduce my levels, but probably even with this reduction, I eat more cheese than the average person. Whatever of course average is.
