Whew I am all done! For the next 9-10 hours, my house is serene haha...

All my desserts are finished, everything else is prepped/staged.

Plantains w/ seafood dip (appetizers)
crap/stuffing cakes (appetizer)
Tamales
Pavachon style turkey

Guava/Lime Cranberry sauce
Cornbread
Pumpkin Custard Pie
Cranberry Cheesecake

Everyone else is cooking...

The traditional items:
Slow Smoked Turkey
Deep Fried (cajun style) Turkey
Baked Ham
Prime Rib
Assorted Dressings
Salt & Pepper Yams
Garlic Mashed Potatoes w/ Spinach
Candied Yams
Collard Greens w/ Pork Neckbone
Green Beans
Plain Cranberry

not-so-traditional but on our table every year...
Pasteles
Tres Leches/Pumpkin Cake
Black Beans

There's lots of other stuff, but these are the main items.

Wow you seem to have most everything under the sun except tamales, mac n' cheese and ice cream, all things that I seem to have forgotten for somebody at one time or another.

Papa Murphy's Cowboy pizza, and satsuma oranges. About the only thing left in the house. Busy this holiday.

I forgot to mention in our spread that I will also be whipping up real whipping cream for the various desserts. No Cool Whip allowed in this house!

I just made my turkey tonite, carved it all up, never took a bite of it, portioned it into Ziploc bags for sandwiches for next week, next month!

I'm going to make no-bake lemon icebox pie (and if I still have enough ingredients leftover, lime icebox pie).
May also make some coconut bread.

We cooked up some spaghetti with marinara sauce, had garlic bread, salad and continued eating that "spare" pumpkin pie we bought!

Yesterday I made the potato salad and dessert(cinnamon bun cupcakes). Today the turkey is in the oven and I'll be making stuffing and putting the fruit & veggie tray together later in afternoon. Did realize one thing I forgot to pickup but.. Oh well we will make it work!

I'm not cooking a thing! We own a restaurant and today is my day off. Going to my aunts house and let them do the work! We may pick up a Chinese Roast Duck on the way if the Asian Market has some left.
