That's not the point of Nutella.

It's decent in protien.....obviously has plenty in sugars....but it's not gonna hurt an average person to have an average portion a few times a week as part of a regular diet.

Anyway, I would not worry so much about how to read it, the important thing is that who is listening to you understands what you are saying. You should hear how we read English words that have been introduced into Italian, such as "computer"

Some times ago they had to remove the word "healthy" (and similar words) from all their labels and advertising because, actually, there wasn't anything healthy in it.
It is something you eat for the taste, not for the nutritional values.
