Stove top chicken casserole and sauté's spinach on the side.

Stir-fried chicken with veggies over steamed rice.

Tonight is spaghetti with meat sauce, green salad and lemon water.

Chicken Marsala over spaghetti with peas on the side, and apple crumb pie for dessert.

Korean-style barbecued short ribs with brown rice.
Kale and broccoli salad with mango slivers and jicama.
Iced tea.

Tonight's dinner:

Pork cutlet with sauteed mushrooms
Roasted new potatoes with rosemary
Collard greens
Fried bananas

I made chicken and dumplings, I had no celery and didn't feel like going to the store..
I really missed the celery, it turned out OK but not great as it normally does..
It's funny how that small addition made such a difference in the overall outcome..
