Tonight I am making lamb stuffed grape leaves and tzatziki. I will put a platter of feta, kalamatas and toasted Syrian bread out too.
Have yourselves a wonderful Monday!

Lamb sounds good, magic. I have some lamb chops in the freezer, and the fixin's for Greek salad. Normally, I would make mint sauce for the chops, but tzatziki sounds better. Pilaf maybe.

I am doing pork steak smothered with carmelized onions and mushrooms. Also will do a cauliflower/broccoli salad and rice for spoiled brat. I am pledged to stick with a mild version of a low carb diet for the next few weeks. I said that last week as well, but this is a new week.

A friend’s 12 year old daughter will be living with me for awhile and she requested Mexican food for supper today. We decided on enchilada casserole. She just finished making her first pie, lemon meringue. She did good. I'm going to like having her here.

Ya I guess so! I never realized my username sounded like misery before. It's just what the kids in my old Sunday School class used to call me. Thanks for the laugh.

I have some fresh sage and rosemary to use up so I'll be making Gweneth Paltrow's turkey meatballs, even though I just made them a couple of weeks ago. I'm also going to make her go-to tomato sauce. Steamed broccoli on the side and leftover german chocolate and red velvet cupcakes for dessert.
