A beef stew our daughter gave us about a month ago and it has been in the freezer ever since. I will have it with bok choy and tomato and cottage cheese salad.

I bought some homemade alfredo sauce from a local Italian market and I making ziti Rigate with it and some broccoli. They have hot food and I saw they had fried catfish which my DH loves and has not had in ages so I bought a few fillets for him. I also bought a nice fresh store baked Italian bread (no seeds).
