I bought some pork tenderloins for 1.99lb and country style pork ribs for 1.29lb

I bake them with some Chinese red sauce.. mmmm mmm good

we had broccoli, chicken, noodle, mushroom casserole and we ate it in our laps while we watched the Tar Heels destroy Butler. Go Heels!

I had a mish mosh:

Cold shrimp with cocktail sauce
Gouda cheese toasted on pumpernickel bread (2 pieces)
Sweet potato
..and for desert, bowl of chocolate brownie ice cream with Hershey's chocolate sauce

I love perch! Dad used to bread it and fry it during Lent growing up.

at the laundromat tonight- so Thai food truck--
I had fried spring rolls and fresh rolled ones, partner had red curry w/ beef and pineapple fried rice- he always complains too much fish sauce (I can't really tell) cause, actually they are laotion and most folks don't know the difference..

but I say TASTY!
