It's a snowy morning here. Made a quick trip to the store before the snow gets worse and just realized I didn't get anything for dinner (thinking about tomorrow's house guests), so I think I'll make a lentil stew, some combination of Moosewood's recipe and something cajun with andouille, and maybe add black beans.
If I get myself out of the house and the 3 miles up the road and around the bend to the grocery, I will be having
Ice Cream Sandwich for my main course. After that I have no idea.

thinking about open faced sandwhiches with onion, smoked salmon and mascarpone (I use instead of cream cheese its fluffier and creamier), with a little dijon mustard, maybe with a runny egg on top and a nice salad on the side...
