Early dinner/late lunch today. We went to a new, to us, pizza place. About

We started with fried artichokes. They were a big hit even with the kids!

Me and the husband's pizza. Crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, soppressata, basil and a drizzle of hot honey.
The kid's pizza. It is a pepperoni with fresh oregano. The savages grabbed some before I could take a photo!
It was really good and we will definitely go back!

I stir-fried some broccoli, celery, onion, green onion, and snow peas with some garlic and ginger.

Added my leftover restaurant beef lo mein to the wok, and a bit of soy sauce and sesame oil.

It was much better than yesterday!

Are those fried squash blossoms I see? I have always wanted to try them but have yet to find a restaurant that serves them.

Lubby have you tried fried zucchini flowers? They are stuffed with melted ricotta and delicious.

No They were fried artichokes. I too have never had fried squash blossoms. I grew squash last year and I had a niece in law grab some of the blossoms to cook with. Unfortunately she lives a couple hours away and I didn't get to try them.
