Stay strong, picklejuice. My youngest daughter has VACTERLS Association and it has been a major struggle. Lots of highs and lows for sure.

We had a spinach salad kit with left over pork tenderloin. Mandarins oranges, strawberries and bananas salad. It was a nice change.

It is not like me to spend money on salad kits, but since there are just the two of us, I think it's cheaper in the long run, instead of throwing away lettuce and other salad fixins' that don't get used up.

My kitchen is totally torn apart so today is day 6 of cooking on the grill (when its not raining) and the small stove in our camper. Tonight we are having smoked/grilled chicken wings, chili lime shrimp, rice and probably a green salad.

Hubby says the kitchen should be done by Wednesday, given that they are still working on the floor I'm wondering which Wednesday he means :\

Leftovers unfortunately: the rest of the sirloin tips on onion rolls with horseradish sauce, potato pancakes, spinach salad the the remainder of the lemon pound cake.

Picklejuice, you know we are all rooting for little pickle and praying for his improvement and ultimate healing. C-D Food and Drink Forum has the best, and most sincere and decent people on here and we truly do care about what happens to each other.

For dinner, microwaveable frozen burritos and the
wife made some chicken macaroni salad, that's all!
She's been too lazy to cook lately.

Either a fried chicken dinner from Jollibee ::Welcome to Jollibee:: or I'm going to hit the commissary for ingredients to make the ultimate sandwich
