Getting ready to put together a quiche from whatever is on hand. That means probably zucchini, spinach, tomatoes, red bell pepper, onions, and Swiss cheese. And maybe some roasted cauliflower on the side.

Butter lettuce, cucumber, potato, and snap pea salad topped with a fried egg and a lemon herb dressing.
