Not feeling well again (it’s happening more and more frequently) so just some chicken soup and tea to rehydrate myself tonight. Got a doctor appt Friday to find out what’s going on. I think it’s just the heat.
I have some chicken thighs marinating in an Italian dressing. I will grill those up soon. Ill serve with a salad and angel hair in a simple cream/parmesan sauce.
Leftover beef ribs and chicken with pinto beans and potato salad.
