You know, I have some leftover tortilla shells from recent tacos. I have cheese from the pizza earlier this week. And I got some of the best salsa I ever tasted from Sam's Club last weekend.
I'm going to have the exact same thing but with a mixed green salad.
I had a conference and afterward, a craving, so I made shrimp salad with onions, celery, mayo and sour cream on rye for me, pumpernickel for DH. Horseradish pickles and beer.
Taco night here too! Fillers: retried beans (stovetop), taco meat (burger type), green / red peppers, onions, sliced black olives, guacamole, Dairy Pure sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese. To drink: Coke (heche en Mexico ). Oink, I'm so full now.
Beef tacos with tomato, lettuce, shredded Colby jack, guacamole, sour cream, onion and black olive. The taco shells are perfect, La Tiara, made locally in Kansas City, and are thin, delicate and crisp. I discovered them about 30 years ago and have bought them ever since. I don't know if they are sold outside of Kansas City but if they are, you should try them!
