Lime glazed barbecued salmon sandwiches on crusty sour dough rolls topped with apple cabbage slaw.

More salad with watermelon and Feta.

A nonfat blueberry blended Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices of high fiber/protein bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a large mug of organic black tea with a teaspoon of sugar

Before leaving the house this morning, I took out a container of Bolognese sauce from the freezer. When I get home from work there will be a bowl of cavatelli with Bolognese waiting for me. Hopefully some crusty, chewy ciabatta bread as well!

Stopped by the local deli on my way home from chores. Grabbed sandwiches for the family. Here is mine, it's hot pastrami, swiss, coleslaw and mustard, triple decker on marble rye. It was incredible!!

Dinner was assorted sandwiches from Jimmy John's. We went to see Steve Miller and Peter Frampton and ate the sandwiches in the parking lot before the concert.
