For tonight creamed cottage cheese with chive,salt/black pepper,caraway and decorated with sliced tomatoes. Served with boiled potatoes, butter and spring onions. As well red radish/onion salad and cucumber/red Bell pepper salad. To drink sour lemon/lime water or Ribena blackcurrant with Perrier water. For dessert meringue with blueberry compote.

Before leaving the house this morning, I took out a container of Bolognese sauce from the freezer. When I get home from work there will be a bowl of cavatelli with Bolognese waiting for me. Hopefully some crusty, chewy ciabatta bread as well!
Stopped by the local deli on my way home from chores. Grabbed sandwiches for the family. Here is mine, it's hot pastrami, swiss, coleslaw and mustard, triple decker on marble rye. It was incredible!!
Dinner was assorted sandwiches from Jimmy John's. We went to see Steve Miller and Peter Frampton and ate the sandwiches in the parking lot before the concert.
