Sausage lasagna.

BTW - does anyone else put hard cheese (parmesan, asiago, pecorino romano) cheese in their sauce? I find that the sauce has more body and isn't as runny with the added cheese. Also, does anyone put black olives in their lasagna? I know that was popular at one time.

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are taking a bath in vicious hot sauce awaiting the grill. Home made rice a roni or oven baked buttery potatoe wedges is up to SO. Green salad with red onion and garden herbs in a vinagrette.

Co-workers Happy Hour at Birch Tavern tonight. I ordered the Fried Bacon Dawg—an angus beef frankfurter wrapped in bacon and fried, served on a bun topped with whatever you like. I chose mustard, onions and shredded cheddar and a beer for my beverage. Best hot dog I ever ate. Nasty beer. Is there such a thing as good beer?

Creamy Spinach soup as appetizer and norwegian pancakes with cardemon and vanilla(which are thinner and larger) and bacon. I know this is strange, haha.

Homemade "pizza." You know the one. The one that I make on tortillas. Don't judge me.
So: tortillas, tomato sauce spiced up with piri-piri, light Italiano blend shredded cheese, green olives.
Done and yum.
