What's For Dinner Tonight -- 2017 (grilled, bbq, mushrooms, freezer)

Dry brined, slow cooked salmon with rosemary potatoes, & fresh tomatoes.

Have some leftover Sunday Roast, from last night.

Making Ina Garten's curried chicken salad and a pasta salad with broccoli, tomatoes, and fresh basil.

I pulled some pulled pork I smoked a couple weeks ago out of the freezer. I will gently reheat in a vinegar sauce. I am serving with a choice of potato buns, sliced red onions and a salad.

Grilled octopus and homemade shrimp fried rice. I don't eat octopus.

Grilled homemade smokey black bean burgers, topped with pepper jack cheese, pickled jalapenos, and spicy corn relish on potato buns.

Grilled sweet corn on the cob, sliced tomato. Unsweetened iced tea.

Watermelon for desert.

Leftover Greek pasta salad, and hamburger sliders. Klondike bars were on the menu, but we both took a pass.

We had a really good Pozole garnished with jalapeno slices, shredded purple cabbage, sliced radishes, avocado and lime juice.

We ended up with take away curry chicken, broccoli/beef, and General Tso' s chicken.

I guess tomorrow it will be grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Octopus? I don't think so!

I picked up chicken nuggets at Wendys on the way home and then boiled a couple ears of corn and made a carrot & raisin salad to go with them for dinner tonight.
