A homemade pizza made from a whole wheat pita bread, some low fat yellow cheese, ketchup & Oregano, a strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of skim milk

A big salad with kale, Brussels sprouts and other goodies, with sautéed shrimp.
I'll just add that I'm currently in love with smoked paprika lately, so I tossed the shrimp in that, and then sautéed them.

Chili dogs with Hebrew National beef franks and leftover chili. We're not Jewish or kosher, but like Hebrew National!

I swear every time Dennis posts about his salad I drool and tell myself ADD MANGOES TO YOUR SHOPPING LIST. (Of course, I always forget. )

Today I had an early dinner of pizza (good, albeit not exciting), but I was going through some old posts and saw one of Magicshark's luscious pictures ... this one was of pasta ... so now I am thinking I should stay up until like midnight and have a "second dinner."

Happy almost-weekend to everyone! (Thursday is my work-at-home day and I don't have any on-campus "stuff" tomorrow so it's already the weekend for me! )

Which state? People here in Texas swear by Fletcher's Corn(y) Dogs, but I've still had bad ones at the state fair. My state fair food rule is there must be a line at the booth so you get your food fresh and hot right out of the grease.

We are having unseasonably cool weather in Dallas (84 today). I still am not cooking as I've got some work to do tonight.

I had corn dogs and DH had hot dogs, we both enjoyed the broccoli salad I picked up at the grocery store.

Saint Louis style ribs on the grill for DH and I had waffles with maple syrup. Ate a late lunch and wasn't too hungry. BTW they were toaster waffles.

More barbecued stuff for dinner after having barbecue for lunch. I had some pork spare ribs with brown rice and kale, broccoli and mango salad. Iced tea to drink.
