Have an enchilada casserole in the oven (ran out of tortillas and everyone at dinner is gluten free so added a sliced potato layer to the top, underneath the cheese and sauce...
and typical BBQ fare- grilled meats etc, the host is also making spicy wings!

All that Papa Murphys pizza talk made me actually call them up and ask about pizza - prices - specials etc ...

Well I came to the quick conclusion I was going to be paying close to $15 for their family size pizza even with specials / discounts ( too much for a simple bake your own pizza )

Swung by Costco and grabbed a few things and nabbed one of their giant COOKED pizzas to go ( I called in so it would be ready ) - Awesome combination pizza with sausage pepperoni onions olives peppers mushrooms for 10 bucks and change. Its larger than the big family size Papa Murphys also by the way.

Now I remember why I stopped patronizing Papa Murphys take and bake pizzas - just no value.

Ha ha, I beat you to it by 4 days.

I agree the price was a little spendy for take-n-bake.

Planning on making a butternut squash egg frittatta using this recipe (will leave out the Parmesan though and use a homemade vegan style cashew Parmesan as I have an intolerance to most cheese, and plan to add Greek yogurt with plant milk for a creamier richer frittatta; leaving in the eggs and the rest lol):
