Can't believe I missed this but I did! Growing up my dad worked at The Prince Spaghetti Factory and at The Prince Grotto. Prince Grotto was their restaurant and was pretty freaking great. Then they sold it and moved out of state.

As an aside that part of the city is still called Spaghettiville.
On this cold and snow day, The office was closed, so long early afternoon nap, then homemade chicken broth and then homemade chicken noodle soup. Yummy
I made Spaghetti with Meat Sauce with Garlic Cheese Bread.
The spaghetti was great.
I accidentally used garlic salt on the bread, instead of garlic powder.
The bread was way too salty.
How ridiculous am I? I've *heard* of Chicken Divan but I never knew what it was. Chicken and broccoli and cheese? I love all of those things. I'm going to make it this weekend!
I'm doing this one, though, because I don't want to add sour cream or mayo. Or white wine (but only because I don't have any).
As to whether or not we're well, we feel better, but I don't know ANYBODY that would call us well - they usually say, "those two just ain't right".
