still have the damn bug, but am sure, after today it will start to clear up; thanks for all the good wishes. I intend on speeding today in my favorite chair watching things that I have taped and not gotten around to watching. For dinner I again, have to keep it simple so we are having hamburger patties, with onions, a green veggie and boiled ,potatoes. Last night spoiled brat offered to cook, I knew better than to say:OK. Tonight I might let him. He certainly can't hurt burger patties.
Roasted garlic potato soup, salad, chicken Marsala with sautéed spinach, warm crusty bread with seasoned olive oil, and Italian chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
It's a snowny, icey mess today so comfort food seems like a good idea. Tonight I am making hamburger steaks with a mushroom gravy. I'll make some mashed potatoes and peas for sides.
