I have a corned beef in the freezer, so I guess I’ll make that. I’ll need to go buy a cabbage.

Not authentic at all, BUT I had all the ingredients and needed to use up the rest of my cabbage. It was good.

Day off from cooking — meeting friends for pizza and beer tonight, then back to their house for wine by the firepit. Finally we have some cold evenings (low 60’s) here in the Valley to enjoy a good outdoor fire.
