I was going to order a take out pizza from Delorenzo's..My wife asked me if I could make her an Escarole White Pizza, in Trenton we call it 'scarole'
I agreed, only if she would make some Puertorriqueña pollo, rice and beans, and fried plaintains tomorrow or Friday night.

Tonight moong daal/green lentil soup with chapatis/rotis,homemade plain yogurt,lime pickles and onion,tomato,mini cucumber slices. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
Later by the fireplace from Mollie Katzen book (pg. 174) Linzer tea squares and a glass of red mulled wine.
Tonight will be four cheese ravioli with a prosciutto tomato sauce. We will also finish up last night's herb salad.
