I bought some bakery fresh sourdough round bread, so tonight I am going to slice it, add a little olive oil, garlic, onion, and sliced portobello mushrooms, and bake in oven.
Will also make a Greek style salad with romaine lettuce, mustard greens, chickpeas, whole pitted black olives, organic feta, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, green onion, and homemade olive oil/balsamic/mustard vinaigrette.
Last night I had a fresh Atlantic salmon fillet cooked in cultured butter and lemon juice, some steamed asparagus and roasted sweet potato.
