Tonight...hopefully juice. Green mixture. Hope to kickstart a detox.

If not, then sardines with green salad.

It's an icy day and I may not go out, so using what's on hand (ground pork), we may be having Cuban picadillo with black beans and brown rice.

I am amazed how delicious the pink grapefruits are. They are so juicy and sweet and the price is still good.
speaking of pink grapefruit: we just had one for lunch: yep, sweet and so juicy if they are good ones When I hear of people putting sugar on grapefruit I have to wonder why they need sugar. The yellow ones can be a little less sweet, I admit.

Dinner tonight: I am frying some plain old pork chops, nothing fancy: left over fried rice and a green salad. Spoiled brat is going to have to suffer through blue cheese dressing for one night. Sometimes I want to do it my way. Of course a glass or two of red wine will accompany the dinner.

Just an oxtail soup with a slice of bread today.

Got a really bad chest infection and beginning to feel with my not looking after myself physically, I'm sure my awful diet is one of the reasons why I'm ill quite a lot as my immune system seems rather weak.

So here's to a healthier Feb once this has cleared of course.

Have a great weekend all
