So here's to a healthier Feb once this has cleared of course.

Have a great weekend all
If what we hear of London weather is accurate, I bet a dose of sunshine beating on you would work wonders.

I made this recipe for Shrimp Creole. Shrimp Creole Recipe : Paula Deen : Food Network

It was very, very easy! I made it a few years ago, forgot about it, but had a craving. Smells good! Can't wait for DH to come home.

Feel better soon LC! Enjoy your oxtail soup. It's good stuff!

I am killing time at ski team training/practice with a slice of mushroom pizza. A raspberry lime seltzer to drink.

Aww, LC, feel better quick! Go see your Mum, she'll fix you up with some good home cooking.

I have been craving a pizza from this little local place that makes everything from scratch and cooks the pizza in a special wood fired oven. Went to order on Waitr, but they aren't doing pizza tonight for some reason. Ugh.

I will survive. I will.

LC - I hope you're feeling fit as a fiddle real soon!!!

I am feeling pretty wiped out (had a fall over the weekend and it is not getting better as quickly as I'd hoped) so Peanut Butter sandwich, a couple dill pickle spears, Pringles and 2 glasses of milk.
