Think I am going to take out the frozen tuna steaks and grill them before serving them over rice. The only thing we need other than that is a nice green and beet salad.
Dinner from my favorite Mexican restaurant. Pulled chicken nachos, chicken fajita chimichangas with rice and charro beans, dulche de Leche cheesecake for dessert.
I'm having a plain old Turkey Sandwich. Bottom half of croissant, mayo, iceberg, turkey, tomato, slice of cheddar cheese, mayo, top half of croissant. They are REALLY good croissants!
