Has anybody found a brand of mayonnaise that does not contain toxic EDTA or other form of toxic preservative? Thanks

Why don't you make your own. It's really quick & easy and very good.

When I want mayo, I use Duke's mayo.

I've been making my own practically my entire life. Takes about 30 seconds in the blender, tastes great, no additives, and if you cover tightly, it lasts a couple of weeks in the refrigerator (no matter what anyone says about its only lasting 2-3 days. )

My recipe is 1 egg, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tsp. dry mustard powder, 1 tsp. salt in the blender. Turn on blender and slowly drizzle in 1 cup of oil while it all blends.

The only trick is that you have to add the oil slowly. If you dump it in, you won't get mayonnaise.

(I looked at the recipe link posted above, and it looks like way too much work. You have to separate the egg, squeeze lemon juice, and whisk by hand?? No thanks! )

Is that all natural? I'd never seen it around here.

Way too lazy to make my own & besides it would need to last a couple months or longer because we really don't use it that often. But thanks for the recipees - will favorite this page in my bookmark because you never know.

Nope, but it takes LOTS of calcium disodium EDTA to realize any toxicity.

Yum. I love the taste of calcium disodium EDTA in the morning. I can never get enough Duke's mayonnaise. I can't always find it here.
