Iron Chef Gauntlet (restaurant, recipes, cooking, difference)

A new Iron Chef show is going to be airing in April, the 16th I believe. Don't know much about it, but I've missed the Iron Chef series and am glad they're bringing it back at least in part. Food Network, I believe.

I would re-subscribe to "Cable" if Food Network started showing reruns of the Original Japanese Iron Chef; the "new" non-Japanese one was lame.

I did enjoy the cooking on the original Japanese Iron Chef, but I stole a lot of recipes from the American one

I love Chef Izard and have been to her restaurant a few times but the finale seemed rigged. If it wasn't, there's no logical reason to pick Symon for round 2. I also have a hard time believing the difference in round 3 scores. I'm glad she "won" but ...
