I'm tired of chicken and have some kielbasa on hand. I know it's kind of different, but does anyone have any great recipes for kielbasa? Preferably no cabbage b/c hubby doesn't like anything green. I like the crockpot too...haha.

Thanks everyone.

I should have mentioned we're kind of picky...haha. We don't care for that. I like sausage and potatoes. I saw some recipes on a popular site that suggested adding sugar and ketcup and slow cooking them....I guess kind of like little smokey's but for dinner that seems odd.

Thank you LaceyEx!

I usually do something boring with it, slice it up and serve it with mac and cheese.

The only helpful suggestions I might have for you are....Cut up kielbasa, green, red peppers and pineapple chunks. Skewer them and pop on grill..... Serve with rice pilaf.

Two..........for an appetizer, slice kielbasa and layer in casserole dish.....sprinkle with brown sugar......keep doing this in layers and pop in microwave for a couple of minutes....throw some toothpicks in and voila! Quick and easy!
