So many of the foods I hate are listed above...liver, lima beans, beans, brussell sprouts, peas, cauliflower,
raw onions, cole slaw, salmon loaf, okra, green olives..and stuff I don't even want to try - eggplant, rutabaga,
oysters, turnips....the list goes on....
The only things that I didn't like as a kid and do now is mushrooms and avocado.

raw onions

hard-boiled eggs

cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, cooked cabbage)

tofu (never heard of it as a child, though)

winter tomatoes (I think most people who hate tomatoes have only eaten winter tomatoes; they're impossible to avoid most of the year.)

LOL.... I love raw tomatoes, when they are in season, but can't stand them cooked most of the time...... tomato sauce is ok.... stewed tomatoes are NOT.....

which is why I limit myself to when they are in season.... or to the grape tomatoes when I just have to have some.... even Romas can be ok out of season.... winter tomatoes are grainy and tasteless.....

Organ meat (except liverwurst - I also love the smell of liver and onions, just don’t want to eat it)
Olives
Tortellini
Mayonaise
Pumpkin pie (I love the way it smells but not tastes)
Fish/Shellfish (allergy)
Tofu
Diet beverages
Lima beans
Cooked spinach (raw is ok)
Alcohol
Candy
Undercooked eggs
Cooked bell peppers (although I like spicy peppers, and raw bell peppers are edible)
Raw broccoli

I used to hate anything with cheese, sour cream, or tomato sauce as a kid. Now I like them. I also used to hate anything with chocolate. I like it in moderation, now, especially if there’s a savory component to it as well, or if it’s not too sweet. I still don’t like super-sweet chocolate, but like a dark cocoa cake with raspberry sauce is OK, and chicken mole is delicious! Mushrooms I used to think were the devil; I still don’t like eating them whole, now, but I can tolerate them in a sauce or side as long as it’s not the entire flavoring.

It might sound like I’m being picky, but I actually love all sorts of cuisines, spices, flavors.

I would list alcoholic beverages but I can't say I didn't like it before because I have never consumed any.

- Canned date nut bread. My grandmother always had some and always wanted us to eat it. I think if I smelled it now, even after 50 years I would hurl.

- Black eyed peas
- Okra
- Any organ meat except liver (once in a blue moon)
- Peppers
- Mincemeat pie
- Fruitcake

Now there are some things I didn't care for when I was young that I will eat now and vice versa.
