Since there are only 3 of us, maybe something on the grill. Sunday is my only day to relax and I know I will not be making a big dinner..

Roast Rabbit or maybe a saddle of Hare with Wild Mushrooms, and either mustard sauce ( for the rabbit ) or Red wine sauce for the Hare served with mash potatoes and glazed carrots .

Dessert will probably be something chocolatey like a dark chocolate tart with home made custard or maybe if I can be bothered to try a Souflle.

I have always done a stuffed fresh ham. Ask your butcher to bone and stuff it-it is delicious.

Stuffed ham sounds good-Can't wait to hear what Lacey stuffs it with. Is that a bread stuffing the butcher puts into it?

I always do lamb. Easter is my holiday to cook. I make a lamb stew, lamb baked with garlic & I started making a lamb with curry sauce 2 years ago & everyone says that is their favorite.

I also do stuffed shells, asparagus, carrots, twice baked potatos, rolls & lots of dessert!

Love hearing what everyone else is having!

Our butcher always boned the half or whole fresh ham and stuffed it with garlic, parsley, parm cheese. Yum. Garlic smashed, asparagus, stuffed vidalia onions. Now I'm starving!
