Organic frozen cherries, organic frozen green peas, dark chocolate (just a few pieces).

What have you are today that was healthy? Maybe we can encourage other people to eat healthy or get ideas off one another for future healthy snacks/meal ideas shared in this thread.[/quote]

Oatmeal with a banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon and a little maple syrup for breakfast, piece of salmon and peas for dinner. Lunch was a corn English Muffin with tomato and mayonnaise, and an orange. Not quite as healthy.

Does a glass of OJ count? Otherwise probably nothing. We had a couple of slices of bacon, a fried egg and french toast for breakfast. If we didn't load the toast up with butter and syrup I guess it is sort of healthy as we use quality bread all the time, mostly wheat or rye.

I love chia pudding. I'd add some nuts too. Vanilla extract and salt really round out the flavor.

I had lots of good stuff today.

Breakfast - my croissant was rounded out by a medium egg and sautéed broccoli rabe.
Lunch - pizza paired with a salad with roasted carrots, peppers, squash and chickpeas.
Dinner - my spin on an Asian chicken salad with cabbage, cucumbers, peppers and carrots. And a homemade ginger peanut dressing.

I'll likely have berries for dessert.
