Healthy:

Breakfast: Ezeikial toast with hummus (organic) made from scratch in the blender...unbelievably cheap compared to store bought

Lunch: None

Dinner: Roasted organic chicken drumsticks with sauted baby kale, carrots and cabbage in olive oil w/salt and pepper, maybe some thyme.
Should figure out some sort of carbo....most likely cannellini beans with garlic....love that garlic!

I eat garlic almost everyday. I must be a closet Italian LOL

I still eat roasted garlic bulbs...YUM! but I have to make sure I am staying home for two days since I absolutely reek, can't even open my mouth.
My mother told me when I was a kid my parents took me to an Italian diner. I ate so much garlic nobody could get near me for days! I couldn't smell a thing!

For breakfast this morning, I had a bottle of Soylent with a little cocoa mix and cinnamon added in for flavor. I don't know what it is about that stuff, the name is disgusting and I could hardly choke it down the first time I tried it, but my body apparently loves it because after only having it twice, I crave it now.
