I ate spinach with garlic and herb tuna for the first time today and I have to say...... it was pretty DELISH!!!! I haven't really felt hungry since lunch. For in between snacks I packed celery, raw carrots, mozzarella string cheese, and plain cheerios. Feeling pretty good about today's food choices so far. I've been at work though and can't leave to get anything else. We'll see how it goes once I'm off.

I had muesli for breakfast and a quesadilla for lunch (spinach, cheese, avocado, tomato, salsa, onions), not the healthiest but not bad.

Greek Yogurt with fruit (12g protein)

An open-faced sandwich - a piece of gluten free bread, then a slice of swiss cheese, and then avocado on top of that.
