I saw a carton of Watermelon Perrier water, almost 7 bucks, but it had ten small cans. Coke is actually a bargain compared to that. I wonder how it would taste, sounds good.
I'd buy any drink watermelon flavored, REFRESHING! That is less than a dollar a can.
Don't drink Soda - so bad for you. Which is why its cheap if you buy a big flat at Costco.
I bought boxes of this WANU watermelon water at Costco during a special promotion. I think it was 18 bottles for $14.99
Will not buy it if they sell it for more than $1.00 per bottle. I only drink 1 of these a day. Water the rest of the time.
Though not prohibitively expensive, sodas normally containing HFS being sold with sugar instead are being sold at ridiculous prices individually. The difference in the cost per bottle using sugar vs. HFS's can't possibly justify the price difference.
Pepsi Throwback made without HFCS is the same price as regular pepsi.
I agree with the healthier. But, there's really no reason it should cost more and certainly not much more for one with sugar instead of HFS.
High-fructose corn syrup is cheaper to make and cheaper to use, so food companies can use it to sweeten their products and sell them to you for less money than they could if they were using sugar.
While sugarcane requires a hot climate to grow in, corn can be grown almost anywhere. HFCS’s liquid form also makes it cheaper to transport, since it can be piped into trucks with less loss than granular sugar. That liquid state also makes HFCS easier to blend with other ingredients than sugar.

Yes, but my point is there's no justification for the huge price difference vs the cost difference. The cost of each has the growing/climate conditions accounted for. I'm sure a single soda wouldn't have more that 2 or 3 teaspoons of sugar in it.
