I'm going to look for Luzianne, since I saw that recommended elsewhere too. Can't say I've noticed it in the supermarket, but then again, can't say that I looked either.

Definitely want to try something besides Lipton since it's what I have now and it's a little bland tasting to me.

By bland, do you mean weak? Could you not just add another teabag or two to your pot?

I've tried more bags, but it just doesn't wow me, so I figured another brand might have a more appealing flavor. I have to buy a new box of tea anyway, so no harm in trying something new, right?

The best basic black tea in my opinion is Darjeeling. Never bland, never flat.

I've always used Luzianne to make tea, but lately I've been buying bottles of Gold Peak tea by the Coca Cola company. It's really good.

That one tastes like cardboard to me. I keep trying to like it so I can quit buying gallons of Red Diamond, but I can't get used to it.

I don't care for Red Diamond though it is better than most canned or other bottled teas I've tried. I use to drink Lipton's and have tried Luzianne and Tetley and endless others. Liked Lipton's best until the cold brews came along. Lipton's was far too weak so I found that HEB's Cold brew was far stronger. Been using it for years and I drink nothing but tea pretty much.

If you drink tea without sugar I can understand the cardboard description of the taste. Regardless, it suits my taste and I haven't found anything i like better. I am not that hard to please and find most food establishments tea to be generally OK.

I just use the store brand black pekoe tea or I buy Tetley green tea bags. My husband drinks it unsweetened too.

I love iced tea with lemon and sugar, but I absolutely have to have the decaffeinated version only with real sugar. Unfortunately, Nestea was the only one who made that and now I can't find it anywhere. All that's left is Lipton's decaf and they use aspartame. Otherwise I'd say Nestea is the way to go.

I was using Luzianne. However, I bought Community Coffee's iced tea bags and found them to be as good at 35% less. Then I bought some of the Winco Foods brand and they too taste very similar but are about and I can get those without mail order.
