I'm one who think most things taste better at room temperature than chilled. Chocolate, butter, cheese, fruit, etc. You just don't get the full flavor when they are cold. Exceptions of course for things that are supposed to be cold like ice cream.

I also don't like having to gnaw on really hard chocolate, cookies, etc.

Chocolate bars, Girl Scout Cookies (THIN MINTS!!), Snickers, etc?

I know not everyone likes this but all my chocolate goes in the freezer before I eat it.
It's not better cold - you just prefer it that way.

Your subjective tastes are not objective facts.

Yes, this is exactly what I'm talking about!

I prefer melted chocolate. In fact, I'll take M&Ms and hold them in my hand until they are melted inside before eating them. Also, Hershey's Kisses, heated in a pan until the bottom of the Kisses are crispy.

I routinely buy Ghiradelli Chocolate and like it at room temperature. All of my chocolate I like that way.

Cold chocolate has little flavor, and the reason that dark chocolate is less bitter cold. Milk chocolate should be consumed at about room temperature for full rich chocolate and cream flavor.

I keep chocolate in the freezer too. But I do like hot fudge over cold ice cream. I remember as a kid going to the beach and a guy walking around with a cooler and dry ice selling frozen milky way bars. Those were so good on a hot day.

If I want cold and chocolate flavor, I'll stick to ice cream.

Better yet, how about a chocolate sauce/melted chocolate on top of it?

I'm not sure I agree with the premise that chocolate is better cold.

if its cold/frozen you are probably eating it more slowly,,, which slows me down to enjoy it

and seems twice as flavorful because im not wolfing it down
