If I buy a bag of chips, I am sure to buy a pretty small one, because I can eat most of the bag in one sitting if not careful. That's the way it is with many foods that I really like.

But I have found a food for which - even though small - I am content to eat one at a time. (But I must admit... each time I eat one, I think about cherry pie - or Cherry Garcia.)

Cherries.

Do you a one at a time snack or food?

Pretzels. I really don't like them very much.

French Fries. One cut is good for me to satisfy the cravings. The aroma is so tempting that I can even finish a large pack of it ages ago. Now shifting to baked sweet potatoes.

Life is like a single cherry.

Hmmm.. doesn't have the same ring to it as "bowl of cherries."

I can eat just one cookie or piece of candy. They are both satisfying but not my favorites. Oh I guess I can eat just one piece of cheese cake. I love it but it is so rich, one small piece is plenty.

Near-pints of ice cream, so I eat them very rarely.
