Now thats clever and an unusal idea (scrambled eggs inside for brunch?) But 3 hrs seems like a lot of time of fussin'. I do like that site and never heard of it before -Not Martha-

I LOVE the idea, but WAY too much work and mess.
I might try cutting the bacon in half, cooking the bacon as usual, placing into a muffin cup while hot, slicking in a wad of foil to hold the shape...might work?

that is one clever idea! my kids love bacon, but we usually use turkey bacon. i wonder if it would work. I like the idea of filling with scrambled eggs too. great ideas for a brunch.
plus, i just got this email from pillsbury for pie ideas and they showed mini cherry pies baked in a muffin tin. it would be one good solution for portion control!!!

OMG!! YUM!! We are bacon freaks at my house and this will be such FUN with a 3 year old. Maybe he will eat his scrambled eggs now lol

This is a carb dieter's dream!!

Anyone guess who will be eating breadless BLT baskets this weekend?
