I'm a native New Yorker who also hates ranch. In fact, I didn't even know it existed until I was 18 years old and moved out of state. I have a Navajo friend who calls it "America sauce".

Putting it on pizza is like like putting ketchup on steak. Then again, with what passes for pizza in most of the US, maybe drowning it in America sauce is a good idea.

While I might like Ranch dressing, I prefer it on a salad. I tried it tonite 'cause it was leftover pizza and we had already finished off the garlic oil dipper. Didn't really get much out of eating it this way. (Born: NY)

Can't believe PA not liking latte? My fave mocha latte. (Lived in: PA)

Not a big tofu fan (Live in: WV)

I could view the east and west coast map. But those in the mid states, the map wouldn't come up for me.

Visited some of those states and would have been interesting. Having trouble making out the smaller states on the east coast but checking the time, yawning and eyes getting heavy, I now realize why that's becoming a chore. Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow, providing I can remember.

I don't get some people's fascination with it. I went out to dinner the other night, and the lady sitting behind me asked for a side of ranch with both her appetizer and entree, along with an extra side on her salad. I don't mind a spicy or Southwest ranch on certain salads, but I can't imagine drenching every piece of food in it. And it's not a dressing I keep in the house.

Minnesotans don't like beans? That's a new one on me. Who did they poll?

Must be a facet of our "Minnesota Nice" - keeping the air pollution down for our neighbors.

Best piece in the pan, afaik.

Chik Fil A is wildly popular in California, this poll is totally bogus.
