I don't like the texture. I'm not a fan of beef at all so I cannot eat it and the smell disgusts me too. We all like different things

Any foods that are popular you just can't get into? Or highly recommended by friends/family but you can't stomach?
Sushi. Yuk.

Liver. I really tried. Can't stand the stuff.

Cooked cabbage. Smells like dirty feet to me. Parmesan cheese, as well.

Most fresh water fish
Marshmallows, or marshmallow flavored anything
Root beer, or RB flavored anything. Ack!
Licorice/Anise/fennel root
Well done steak
Organ meats/head cheese
Liver (unless it's liverwurst)
Watermelon
Celery in any form
Tilapia/swai
Supermarket boiled shrimp
Horseradish
Banana flavored anything - the fruit is fine, though
Malt liquor
Sweet wines or champagne - ick!

Raw oysters - reminds me of a blob of mucous.

Agh!

I've never tried fried okra, but the okra I have tasted was just slimy and gross.

Other dislikes:

Canned peas, and nearly all other canned vegetables
Grits
Crisp bacon
Soft white and soft multi-grained bread (anything that can be squeezed into a ball)
Canned meat
Modern beef jerky (too red, too moist, too strongly flavored)
Miracle Whip dressing
Bitter-flavored foods and drinks
All parts of celery except for the centermost heart of the heart of celery (and must be raw)
Unripe bananas, over-ripe bananas, and plain bananas (do like properly ripe bananas in whipped cream, ice cream, with milk in cereal, etc.)
Frozen, chocolate-covered bananas
Rye-Krisp
Stout beer
Pringles

Try as I might, I just can't stand oysters. When I was a kid, I mistook Oyster Stew for my favorite New England Clam Chowder, and I almost vomited. Much later in life--as an adult--on 2 or 3 occasions I tried again to eat oysters cooked in various styles, and they still brought me very close to vomiting. I have to spit-out the first mouthful of those vile shellfish, and then rinse my mouth in order to not vomit.

I agree with everything on your list but grits and bacon.

Seafood of any kind. I actually worked at a seafood restaurant for years and have tried just about everything but I don't get the hype. I especially hate salmon and mussles. The smell makes me want to vomit.

Carrot cake, I absolutely detest it!! I like carrots and I like cake but not together.

Pumpkin anything, I don't get it. For real, gross!

I hate cheesecake and keylime pie too. Maybe I'm weird.
