I think Birria is a regional type of food, but it may be mainstream enough in some areas for someone to have a recipe, anyone???

I googled up a Birria recipe for you. It seems to be a dish that after the first time you make it, you will put your own spin on it the successive times you make it depending on your personal tastes. Like how spicy you like it or what meats you prefer. I've been playing around in my kitchen with making pork carnitas for making into burritos and adjusting the spices.
