Okay, so you exercise/workout everyday, maintain a good weight range, live good, and eat right (most times, anyway). But you're human and you have a right to have a food weakness now and then.

So what is your food weakness??

Mine is potato chips, Mexican food, and pizza.

I love Mexican food, all of it! But sometimes, I just want a cheesy slice of pizza... heavy on the mushrooms, light on the sauce, easy on the pepperoni! LOL..

Vanilla ice cream. Can't buy it or it will be all eaten in one sitting. So I go to Baskin Robins, have a scoop maybe once a week and let it go at that.

Liver, Fish, Tofu and Capers.

Those are the NON-weakness foods. Everything else is a weakness.

Chocolate Barbeque Ice Cream Cake Cookies Pudding Bread Cheeseburgers Peanut Butter Pizza ... need I continue? That's why I'm as large as I am. But I am working on it thanks to Karla's exercise thread. Knowing that I have to report in every so often makes me pay closer attention to what I eat.
