I'm weird. Baked potato I'm not eating the skin but I love the appetizer potato skins in which I eat the whole thing

Yes to eating the skins on regular potatoes, regardless of preparation. They need to be cleaned, though.

Don't eat the skins on yams or sweet potatoes, however.

That might have something to do with the cheese, bacon, onions, and sour cream on them.
