We saw "maltesers" at our local grocer this Halloween. Assumed they were like Whoppers (I hate malt, I hate chocolate, I do *NOT* buy Whoppers); but had never heard of the brand.

Good to know they're a UK import..

Maltesers and Whoppers differ like night and day. The chocolate on Maltesers is a creamy milk chocolate, and the malt interior of the Maltesers is more delicate. However, if you don't like malt or chocolate, then that's a moot point.

I will have to look for these. My housemate likes Whoppers, but Maltesers sound much better.

a friend gave me a box of Trader Joes pumpkin bars. Yuck, way too much spice.
I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin, aside from pie. But I do like it in Thai curry!
So I don't plan to get the M&Ms.

but there were cherry kisses a couple of years ago that tasted just like the chocolate-covered cherries my dad always gave me on Valentines Day. Haven't seen them since.

I really only buy Trader Joes holiday items.

I will admit I have a hard time walking by a bag of Lays Dill Pickle Potato Chips.

I got the pumpkin pie M&Ms. I much prefer the candy corn M&Ms, but, the pumpkin ones are greatly improved if you eat one with a dark chocolate M&M.

RiteAid had a ton of Maltesers.
